Stay Safe Guides

At Gainsborough, safeguarding is a regular item at weekly staff briefings to make sure that staff are kept up to date in their training. We have created some of our own 'Stay Safe' school guides for adults so that we can understand some of the key safeguarding concerns. The guides provide a very brief introduction to different types of abuse and possible indicators to look out for.

Please feel free to download any of the guides if you wish to learn more about some of the different safeguarding risks that children can face. Each guide has a link to where you can find further information, or the Cheshire East LSCB (Local Safeguarding Children in Education Board) has lots of valuable information and advice on their website at cheshireeastlscb.org.uk
