Complaints

Many concerns or minor complaints can be resolved quickly and informally by speaking to the class teacher, teaching assistant or family support worker.

We would encourage all parents/carers to contact the relevant person at school in the first instance to discuss any queries or concerns and we will do our best to address the issue and find a resolution.
