Complaints Procedure

Many concerns and minor complaints can be resolved quickly and informally through the class teacher, Special Needs Manager or another member of staff, depending upon the nature of the complaint.

We would encourage all parents and carers to contact the relevant person at school in the first instance to discuss any queries or concerns and we will do our very best to address the concern and find a solution.
